The U.S. government has frozen and—in some cases—terminated foreign aid. Without additional emergency assistance, the consequences are catastrophic for our global neighbors...

"Taking action helps us avoid hopelessness. That is why I have picked a few causes to support [monthly], and am proud of the work that HI is doing with my contribution, and so happy that I can participate, even in the small way that I do."

With the January stop-work orders, life-saving humanitarian and development projects were halted around the globe. Since then, Humanity & Inclusion has received notices of terminations for 20 contracts from USAID, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor. We are still awaiting millions of dollars in payments for work completed in 2024 plus costs for resumed activities. Nearly 500 global team members and 25% of U.S. staff have been laid off. Around 300,000 people have lost services that they relied on. We need your help now more than ever to continue critical services for people with disabilities in crisis zones.

Your monthly gift provides rehabilitation & long-term support to people in the most dire circumstances. Become a First Responder today!

HI isn’t going anywhere. But, with these funding cuts, the number of people we can serve, and the volume of our activities will be impacted. That's why we need people like you to step in, to bridge those funding gaps to keep HI's activities as strong and sustainable as ever for people who need them most.

When you become a First Responder, your monthly gifts support HI's emergency responses and provide ongoing support and care for people with disabilities around the world.

Whether it's clearing landmines from farmland, providing inclusive job training, distributing aid after a disaster, or fitting a child with a prosthetic limb, you donation will make a difference worldwide, year-round. Ready to make an impact?

Thank you to all of our generous donors from around the country!
