Below is a statement from Humanity & Inclusion following the latest attacks on civilian infrastructures in several towns in Ukraine:
“We are shocked by the Russian missile attacks on civilian infrastructure across Ukraine, including the cities of Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro, and Pokrovsk. These strikes have killed dozens of civilians, including children, and injured over 150 more. Among these attacks, the Okhmatdyt National Children’s Specialized Hospital in Kyiv, the largest pediatric facility in Ukraine, was hit and badly damaged. Attacking civilians and civilian infrastructure is prohibited by international humanitarian law. Such attacks are unacceptable and must end immediately. We express our deepest condolences to the victims’ families.”
