Ecuador Earthquake: HI Ready to Respond

A powerful 7.8-magnitude earthquake hit Ecuador on the evening of Saturday, April 16. At least 233 people have died and hundreds have been injured. Considerable damage has been observed near the epicenter and in the regions affected by the earthquake’s aftershocks.

Handicap International's teams are ready to intervene in support of the Ecuadorian authorities if necessary to provide assistance to victims of the disaster.
