With the terrifying scale of the Syria crisis, it's easy to feel like you don't know what to do. But you can make a difference.

Every day, HI teams witness the suffering and trauma of the Syrian people as we work to support the most vulnerable people in countries across the region including Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq.

But we also witness the most incredible examples of courage, resilience, and hope, in situations that for most of us are simply unimaginable.

Since the launch of our emergency response in 2012, HI has provided more than 680,000 people with support including rehabilitation, mobility aids, artificial limb limbs, psychological support, and basic needs items.

Here is a list of simple, quick things that you can do right now to help the most vulnerable people affected by the Syria crisis.

Thank you for your support!
